ordered from different brands, how will my order arrive?


As your orders come directly from our brands, you may receive different parcels at different times. You will
receive a tracking number for each parcel sent in order to help you track it at all times

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?


We do our best to ensure your order is shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed.
These timelines do not apply to made to order products. You can view this timeframe in the description of
each product or in the made to order section.
After your order is dispatched your order will arrive within 5-7 business days for orders based in Europe.
For any order outside of Europe, the estimated time changes to 10-12 business days.
These are only estimates and actual delivery times may vary according to each circumstance. You will
receive an email confirmation with an approximate delivery time for your order.
Please note weekend days are not business days.
Transit times are estimated from when the order is dispatched.

 

How do I request a return?


If you wish to return an item, please reach out to the following email:

All returns must be requested within 14 days from the date you received the order, in order to be eligible
for a refund.
We will provide you with a pre-paid label for you to drop-off at the nearest location.
Once your return reaches our brand, it will be inspected to ensure it was returned in it’s original form.
Unfortunately items that are returned without tags or damaged in any way will not be accepted.
It can take up to 10 days for your order to reach our brands and be processed.
Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account.

 

How can I track my order?


Once your order is sent you will receive an email notifying you. This email will have a tracking number
where you can track your parcel at all times.
If you have not received a tracking number, we strongly advise our customers to check their junk folder. If
you are still unable to locate the email, please reach out to our team as there may be an error in your

Can I exchange my items?


We unfortunately do not offer exchanges to our customers. All returned items will be refunded to the
original payment method once they have been inspected.
If you need a different size, please reorder the product in your preferred size.



Can I change my order?


Once your order has been placed you are unfortunately not able to change your order.
