Shipping

LabelRow organizes shipping for each Brand on the site. We are one platform for unique brands, and you will have one checkout process, no matter how many brands you buy from. If you order from more than one brand, you will receive different parcels with possible different delivery dates, depending on the location of the Brands.

Postage costs will depend on the Brands and the customer's location. The customer will be charged a shipping fee for each brand they order from since they are delivered directly from the brand and not from LabelRow.

We ship all orders, with a different courier depending on location. 

Shipping Times

Delivery times for items can be found on each respective product page. These are only estimates and actual delivery times may vary according to each circumstance.

Please note, that shipping times outside of Europe can take up to 3 weeks to deliver. We do not offer express shipping for any others. 

While shipping times may vary, and we strive to fulfil your order as quickly as possible, please use the timeframe below as a guideline:

European Union Shipping: Standard Shipping - 5 - 7 Working Days

UK Shipping:  Standard Shipping - 5 - 7 Working Days

United States: Standard Shipping - 10 - 14 Working Days

Shipping Confirmation

When a Customer places an order, LabelRow will send you an email confirming your order. Once a brand dispatches an order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. If you order from several brands, you will receive one shipment confirmation email per brand.

Taxes and Duties

When you order from a Brand based in the European Union and you are in the EU, the VAT is usually included in the price, even though there might be some adjustments necessary.

From brands and deliveries outside of the EU, products are usually exempt from VAT. If you order a product from a brand outside of your own delivery country, additional taxes and duties might be applicable. Customers will have to pay the applicable taxes and duties to release the package from customs. In most cases, the package will be delivered to your door and you will have to settle the due amount at delivery. In some instances, you might have to go to the customs office to release your package. 

Please note that unless duties have been prepaid, payable import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. 

Please check with your local customs to get an idea of any duties or taxes that may apply.

For both free and paid deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any ongoing customs or tax costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination.

Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.

Returns

How to create a Return:

You can return your order within 14 days after you have received your order.  Returns outside this window may be accepted at our discretion. We do not process exchanges, if you do wish to exchange an item, you will need to return it and place another order. 

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by LabelRow when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

Return Instructions: 

  1. To notify a return, please contact returns@labelrow.com with your name, address and order number. 
  2. The LabelRow team will provide you with the brand's address to send your order back to. 
  3. Please also include the invoice or a slip of paper in the parcel with your Name, Email, Order Number and Reason for Return on it.

    We will only be able to process this order if this is included.

Payments will be credited back to the original purchaser's credit card. Returns for refund are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item. Please allow 14 days upon receiving your order to view the returned amount in your account. 

Please note that you will have to pay for the return. Our Brands take great care in preparing your order. However, if you find that your piece is faulty in any way, please do contact us. We are happy to arrange a repair or replacement.

Returns Policy:

All items returned must be in their original purchase condition, packed and sealed and must include their accessories, tag, packaging, and a warranty slip. All items must be returned unused and unworn, in the same condition they arrived. If your return is not sent securely and in suitable packaging, and subsequently arrives damaged, the third-party seller reserves the right to reject this return, and as a result, LableRow will not process the refund. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on pierced earrings for hygiene reasons unless there is a manufacturing fault present at the time of the receipt of the product(s).

Please note we’re unable to accept returns beyond 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days may be returned to you.

Please note that the Security Tag must be intact and attached to returned items.

LabelRow reserves the right to refuse items not compliant with the Return Policy. 

Refunds

Once your return has been received, authenticated and accepted by the Brand, we will process a refund. The refund will be made through the original payment method. Please note that shipping is not refunded and that applicable sales taxes and customs might be deductible from the refunded amount.
